1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and nv777 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). The Terms govern your access to and use of the nv777 website at nv777.bar, including all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and support services made available through the Platform.

By clicking "Register", logging in to an existing account, or continuing to use the nv777 platform after any amendment to these Terms has been published, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them in full. 3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on nv777. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must keep this information updated at all times. nv777 may request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

• You must provide a valid phone number that you own and control. This number will be used for account verification, two-factor authentication, and all platform communications.
• Your registered name must match the name on your government-issued identification document and the name registered with your mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or bank account used for transactions.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. nv777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• nv777 reserves the right to close any account without notice where registration details are found to be inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent. Any balance in a fraudulently registered account is subject to forfeiture.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

nv777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time. Accepted methods for Bangladesh players currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT, and bank transfers to selected Bangladeshi banks. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified.

• Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are set out on the Platform's payment information page. These limits are subject to change at nv777's discretion with reasonable notice to players.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered player — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of the deposited funds to the source account.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. nv777 aims to process withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad) within five minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfers may extend to one business day. nv777 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee on the platform side.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, nv777 may process the withdrawal to an alternative verified method registered in the player's name.
• nv777 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases nv777 will notify the player and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

nv777 is not responsible for delays in the receipt of funds caused by the player's own payment service provider (mobile wallet operator or bank), including but not limited to network outages, scheduled maintenance, or account-level restrictions imposed by the provider.

5Bonuses and Promotions

nv777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for that bonus.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from wagering activity that satisfies the stated wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal from the bonus balance.
• A player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second or subsequent account — even if the first account has been closed — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• nv777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has opted in but before the wagering requirement has been met, nv777 will apply the most favourable outcome to the player in accordance with the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be used in combination with other bonuses unless the relevant promotion terms explicitly permit it. Stacking bonuses from multiple promotions simultaneously without explicit permission constitutes bonus abuse.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on nv777 are subject to the following general betting rules. Game-specific rules for individual casino games, live dealer games, and sports betting markets are published within the relevant game or market interface. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules will prevail for that specific game or market.

• All bets are final once confirmed on the Platform. nv777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where a manifest technical error has occurred on the Platform's side and nv777 determines, in its sole discretion, that cancellation is the appropriate remedy.
• nv777 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match-fixing, corrupt activity, or irregular betting patterns that indicate the outcome of an event was not the result of genuine competition. Voided bets will be refunded at stake value.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on nv777. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface. nv777 may adjust individual player bet limits at any time in its sole discretion, including as a responsible gaming measure.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or a live sports event, nv777 will investigate and may void the affected round or bet. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be refunded in full to the player's main account balance.

nv777 does not guarantee the availability of any specific game, market, or sport at any given time. Games and markets may be withdrawn, suspended, or modified at any time for operational, technical, or regulatory reasons. nv777 will not be liable for any losses or missed opportunities resulting from the unavailability of a specific game or market.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on nv777. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal or fraudulent activity, including using the deposit and withdrawal cycle purely as a financial transfer mechanism unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games, coordinated wagering on opposed positions, or sharing hand or game-state information with other active participants in real time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human mechanism to place bets, navigate the Platform, exploit promotional terms, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors in displayed odds or game mechanics, or system glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a Platform error are not legitimate and will be voided and reclaimed.
• Providing false information at registration, during KYC verification, or in any communication with nv777 support, including falsely claiming identity, age, location, or payment method ownership.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward nv777 staff, customer support agents, or other players via any communication channel associated with the Platform.

8Account Suspension and Termination

nv777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons. Account closure by nv777 does not automatically entitle the player to a refund of deposits or credited bonuses — the specific circumstances will determine what, if any, balance is returned.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, the prohibition on multiple accounts, or participation in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in the verification request, where such verification has been triggered by a withdrawal request, a suspicious activity flag, or a routine compliance check.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder, or a third-party exclusion request submitted on behalf of the account holder via a recognised responsible gaming support channel.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to close the account, including court orders, government directives, or instructions from a payment service provider with jurisdiction over the relevant transaction.

Upon receiving a voluntary closure request nv777 will process any remaining withdrawable balance to the player's verified payment method within five business days, subject to KYC completion. Bonus balances and any winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

9Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of nv777. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in account closure and legal action.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nv777 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even where nv777 was advised of the possibility of such loss.

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of or inability to use the Platform or any service provided through it.
• Loss or corruption of data, including account history, transaction records, or game history, caused by technical failure, hacking, or force majeure events outside nv777's reasonable control.
• Losses incurred as a result of delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including mobile wallet operators, banks, or payment networks, where such delays are outside nv777's direct control.
• Any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the Platform, even if nv777 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

12Privacy and Data Protection

By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
